Our gym is the best place to train for HYROX because we provide the ideal combination of functional fitness, endurance training, and competition-style workouts that closely mimic the demands of HYROX races. HYROX requires both cardiovascular endurance and muscular stamina, just like what e do here at The Partners Gym. We offer HYROX specific classes to focus on everything you need for race day.
